I just took my RHIT exam yesterday and failed by 8points, I used the
AHIMA RHIT Exam prep and did not find any of the questions that I
studied in the Exam, I know that they are not going to be the same but
the questions in the test were 3x more difficult. I have researched and
found out about the PRG RHIT exam prep that is coming this December for
the new 2012 RHIT test which is going to be updated this October.

Thanks for this post, but the suggestion that that there will/can
be a clean division between the idea creators and the idea executors
seems a bit dubious.

it was all to much to avoid.
a post on my birthday, and better - the first reference to "ruby-on-rails" that i have seen in a post.
